Starting Salary Range: $45,800-$71,897/annually. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiatives, program and / or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs. Assists in policy and program planning, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.

The ODEI PCAA provides a high-level of executive support to the Campus Diversity Officer for Staff & Students (CDO-SS). The ODEI/Campus Diversity Assistant Analyst also provides a wide variety of day-to-day administrative functions and analysis for the department. The ODEI PCAA coordinates training, programs and events with campus-wide impact, including the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program for staff, faculty, and graduate students.

The Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a unit of the Chancellor's Office. The ODEI advances the University's teaching, research and service mission and commitment to excellence by working collaboratively with others throughout the institution to promote a campus climate that values diversity, equity and inclusion, and is free of bias and harassment.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training

  • Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality

  • Analytical / problem-solving skills

    Selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check.
